<h3>Instructions:</h3>

<p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, and salt</span></p>
<p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">In a separate bowl, mix together maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract</span></p>
