<li><span itemprop="ingredients">2 celery stalks, chopped</span></li>
<li><span itemprop="ingredients">1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes</span></li>
<li><span itemprop="ingredients">1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed</span></li>
<li><span itemprop="ingredients">4 cups beef broth</span></li>
<li><span itemprop="ingredients">1 teaspoon dried thyme</span></li>
<li><span itemprop="ingredients">1 teaspoon dried oregano</span></li>
<li><span itemprop="ingredients">Salt and pepper to taste</span></li>

<h3>Instructions:</h3>
<p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">In a skillet, brown the beef stew meat until browned on all sides</span></p>
<p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Transfer to the slow cooker</span></p>
<p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Add the onion, garlic, carrots, celery, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker</span></p>

<p><span itemprop="recipeInstructions">Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and flavors are melded</span></p>
